Terms of Service
These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, as applied by CALLOSUM Co. (hereinafter referred to as "CALLOSUM") provides services on its website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Application

Registration for Use

The applicant has provided false information when applying for registration.
If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms of Use.
The applicant is a minor, an adult ward, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance, and has not obtained the consent of a legal representative, guardian, curator, or assistant.

Management of User ID and Password
The User shall manage his/her user ID and password for the Service at his/her own responsibility. User may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend User ID and password to any third party. When a user logs in with a user ID and password combination that matches the registered information, the Company shall deem the use of the Service to be by the user himself/herself who has registered the user ID.
Usage Fees and Payment Method
In consideration of the use of the Service, the User shall pay the usage fee separately determined by the Company and displayed on the Website by the method designated by the Company. In the event the User delays payment of the usage fee, the User shall pay a late payment penalty plus interest to the extent stipulated by law.
Prohibited Matters
User shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
In using the Site and the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts or acts that may lead to such acts
Criminal acts or acts that may lead to criminal acts
Acts that infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, honor, or other rights of the Company or any third party.
Acts that discriminate against or defame the Company or third parties.
Acts that use the Site or the Service for profit-making or commercial purposes (except when approved by the Company).
Acts that interfere with the operation of this service, such as unauthorized access to the system used to provide this service, spamming, etc.
Acts of reproducing, copying, reprinting, transferring, storing, selling, publishing, or otherwise using all or part of this Site or the Contents beyond the scope of the individual user's private use without the Company's permission.
Sublicensing, transferring, or offering as collateral the right to use this Site to a third party.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or other similar acts
Damaging the reputation of the Company or a third party.
(4) Act to use this Site or this Service by impersonating another person.
Acts that violate laws and regulations, public order and morals, or these Terms of Use.
Use of the Site or the Service in a manner other than that approved by the Company
Acts that are disruptive to the Company or third parties
Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
If a user is found to have committed any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraphs, the Company may, without prior notice to the user, suspend the user's use of all or part of the Service or expel the user from the Service, and the user shall not make any objection to the Company's decision. Users shall not be able to file any objection to the Company's decision.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability, etc.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, completeness, usefulness, or any other aspect of the Site, the Service, or the information provided by the Site or the Service.
Even if a user's terminal is not suitable for use of the Site or the Service, the Company shall have no obligation to change or modify the Site or the Service to make it suitable for such use.
The Company shall not be involved in any communication or activity of the User, and shall not be liable for compensation for any damage arising from information on the Service. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between a user and a third party, the Company shall have no obligation to respond to said dispute.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from slowdowns or failures in the display speed of the Service due to excessive access or other unforeseen factors.
In the event that a user violates these Terms of Use or commits any other act that the Company deems inappropriate for the operation of the Service, the Company may, without any notice, demand, or disclosure of reason, suspend the use of the Site and the Service, expel the user, claim damages, etc., against the user in question. The Company may take necessary measures (including legal action) to prevent the User from committing such acts without any notice, demand, or disclosure of reason. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such actions.
Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.
The Company may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the User, for any of the following reasons
When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems (including cloud services) related to the Service (iii) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer systems (including cloud services) related to the Service
(iii) When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
When computers or communication lines, etc. are shut down due to an accident; or
In any other cases in which the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.
Intellectual Property Rights, etc.
All rights (ownership, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, etc.) to the contents of this site and the text, images, programs and other data provided by the Company in this service (hereinafter referred to as the "Contents") shall belong to the Company or a third party that owns such rights. The User shall not reproduce, copy, reprint, transfer, store, sell, publish, or otherwise use the Contents beyond the scope of the User's personal use without the Company's permission, regardless of the method or form. The User shall not use these materials in any manner or form beyond the scope of personal use by the User without permission of the Company.
Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration
We reserve the right to delete data, restrict the user's use of all or part of the Service, or terminate the user's registration without prior notice in the following cases
In the event that a user violates any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
When it is found that there is a false fact in the registration information

In the event that any of the items in the preceding paragraph applies, the User shall naturally lose the benefit of time with respect to all debts owed to the Company, and shall immediately repay all debts owed at that time in a lump sum. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of actions taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.
Change of Service Contents
The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.
Confidentiality
Except in the following cases, the Company shall treat the personal information and posted data of users registered with the Service as confidential.
With the prior written consent of the user
For the purposes set forth in Article 12.
When we disclose the information to contractors to whom we outsource our services (including cloud services) in order to provide services requested by users.
User shall treat as confidential any non-public information disclosed by Company to User in connection with the Service, which Company requires User to treat as confidential, except in cases where User has obtained prior written consent from Company.
Handling of Personal Information and Information herein
The Company shall respect the privacy of the User, pay close attention to the management of the User's personal information, and handle the User's personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy stipulated by the Company.
The Company may, of its own volition and responsibility, create statistical data, attribute information, etc., which is processed from information that users register using the Service so that individuals cannot be identified, and may use such analysis, statistical data, or attribute information in a form that individuals cannot be identified without any restrictions. Such use shall include, but not be limited to, market research and use for service review of this service, as well as review and development of our existing and new services.
The Company may use the analysis, statistical data or attribute information and user information set forth in the preceding paragraph to provide users with information regarding various events planned by the Company or services provided by the Company on behalf of specific companies or at the discretion of the Company.
Antisocial Forces
The User must not be currently a member of a crime syndicate, a member of a crime syndicate, a person who has not been a member of a crime syndicate for 5 years, a quasi-organized member of a crime syndicate, a company affiliated with a crime syndicate, a general meeting house, etc., a socially-oriented crime syndicate, or a special intelligence crime group, or other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as a "crime syndicate, etc."). To have a relationship with an organization that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or other benefits to Bouryokudanin, etc.
The User shall ensure that he/she will not commit any of the following acts by himself/herself or by using a third party
Violent demanding acts
Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility
Acts of threatening words or deeds or using violence in connection with transactions
Acts of spreading rumors, using deceptive means, or using force to damage the other party's credibility or obstruct the other party's business
Any other acts similar to the preceding items.
Modification of Terms of Use
The Company may, at its discretion, change these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the modified TOS shall become effective from the time they are displayed on the screen of the terminal on which the Service is provided.
If the User does not agree to the modified TOS, the User shall terminate use of the Site and the Service, and the User's continued use of the Site and the Service after the modified TOS take effect shall be deemed to constitute agreement to the modified TOS.
Validity of these Terms of Use and Other Terms of Use, etc.
Even if some provisions of these Terms of Use are determined to be invalid under the law, the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain valid.
If any provision of these TOS, in whole or in part, is held invalid or revoked in relation to one User, the TOS shall remain valid in relation to other Users.
Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations
Except as otherwise provided in these TOS, the User may not assign, lend, or offer as collateral any rights or obligations arising under these TOS to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
In the event that we transfer the business of this service to another company, we may transfer the position under the TOS, rights and obligations under the TOS, and user information to the transferee of such business transfer, and the user shall be deemed to have agreed to such transfer in advance. The business transfer stipulated in this paragraph shall include not only ordinary business transfers, but also corporate divestitures and any other cases in which business is transferred.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the Service
