Looker Studio (formerly Data Portal) allows you to add multiple pages to a single report. By effectively using sections and headers for navigation, you can create visually clear and organized reports, as shown below.
In this article, I will explain how to use pages and navigation with easy-to-understand diagrams, so you can create reports that are easy for viewers to understand. Use this as a reference to enhance your report creation process.

Description and Use of Navigation Types
The following captures show the actual pages and navigation that have been added to the report. The navigation elements are recommended to be used for the following purposes:
- Divider: Used as a separator.
- Header: Used to label report categories.
- Section: Also used to label report categories (this option allows you to group multiple pages, which can be hidden by default and expanded with a click).

Hide the page
When you want to hide a page, click the vertical ellipsis "︙" displayed to the right of the page name you want to hide, then click "Hide." You can also hide sections using the same steps. Please note that hidden pages or sections will also be excluded when downloading a PDF.
Hiding pages can be useful in the following scenarios:
- When you want to show a page only to editors and not to viewers.
- When you don't need the page right now but might use it in the future, so you don't want to delete it.
- When you find it tedious to exclude a page from the PDF download every time.

Restrictions on Icons
Icons can only be added to top-level content. For instance, icons cannot be included within pages inside a section.
When an icon is applied to any page, it will automatically be added to all top-level content. If no icon is selected, the default icon will be displayed.
Move the page
After clicking the vertical ellipsis "︙" displayed to the right of the page name you want to move, select one of the following options:
- Move to the top
- Move to the bottom
- Move up
- Move down
(Quote:Looker Studio)
Simply click on the '︙︙' next to the name of the page you want to move, and then drag and drop it to reposition.
