What is 88studio's report template

88studio is a service created in Japan and used by more than 2,000 companies so far, selling various report templates using Looker Studio, a free BI tool provided by Google. Data sources supported include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.

You can easily generate monthly GA4 reports, e-commerce reports, SEO reports, etc.There are currently nine reports available and more will be added in the future.

How to use demo reports and free trials

You can view demo reports and try them out for free before purchasing a report template.

Demo reports can be found on the page for each report. Click on the Demo Report link as shown below. This will open the Looker Studio demo report.

Free GA4 Report Template

This is Looker Studio's versatile GA4 report template , which can be used for both report automation and efficient daily monitoring. Just select a site in the pull-down menu to view the report. The powered-up Looker Studio's official Google GA4 connector allows you to retrieve historical data for the entire period of time.

How to use the purchased template

Try the demo report and free trial, and once you have decided which template you would like to purchase, you can purchase it from the page. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to create a report with a link to the template within a day. Please refer to the instructions as you create your report. The report will be ready in a few minutes.

 From here, we will explain in detail how to actually create a report that will be delivered by e-mail.

GA4 Standard Report Template[4004]

Step1. Create Google Analytics data source for report

Open the Google Analytics data source that you would like to copy.

Select the Copy button in the upper right corner.

 

Select "Copy Data Source.”

Select the account and property of G4A for which you want to generate a report, then select "Reconnect" in the upper right corner.

After a while, when this message appears, select "Apply".

When it switches to this screen, you are done with creating the data source. Change the name of the data source so that you can recognize it later when you come back.

Step2. Create a Google Search Console data source for reporting

1. create a data source for the site

Open the following pages of the Looker Studio.

Select "Search Console.”

Select the Google Search Console site, table (site impressions), and search type (web) for which you would to generate a report, then select "Connect" in the upper right corner.

When this screen comes up, you are done!Add SITE to the beginning of the name so you can see it later.

Similarly, create a data source for the URL.

Step 3. Create a Data Portal Report

Open  the report template.

Select the vertical ellipsis in the upper right corner and select "Make a copy".

 

 

Select the new data source in correspondence to the original data source and choose "Copy Report".

• GA4 data source: Data source created in step 1
• Search console: Data source created in step 2

The report is complete when the new URL is issued and the following screen appears. All the pages should have been refreshed with the data from the selected sites.

 The report is now ready to be generated. Let's look at the data on each page and make use of it.
