How to send GA4 reports by email

GA4 reports can be shared by email, either by setting them up in GA4 or by setting up a GA4 report created in Looker Studio. This article will show you how to set up each.

How to send from GA4

Administrative privileges are required to set up the system.Check your authority in advance.Also Realtime and Explore cannot be shared by email.

Step1:Open the target report

Select the report you wish to share.

Then click on the share this report symbol in the upper right corner.

Click schedule email.

Step2:Set details

Set the report name, description, sharing destination, Scheduling details, etc.

When you have completed the entry, click "Save" in the upper right corner to complete the setup.

How to send from Looker Studio

Next, we will show you how to share from Looker Studio. With this method, you do not need to set up each page one by one, but can share all pages with a single setup.

Step1:Open the target report

Open the report you want to share.
Click on the right side of share and click on schedule delivery

Step2:Set details

Set the details on this screen. You can choose to share on a page-by-page basis. 

When you have completed the entry, click "Save" in the right corner to complete the setup.
